These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of personatable.com (the “Site”), operated by Persona Table (“Persona Table,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1) The Site is informational
The Site is provided for general information about Persona Table and our services. Content on the Site is not professional advice and should not be relied on as the sole basis for business decisions.
2) Who may use the Site
You may use the Site only if you can form a legally binding contract in your jurisdiction and you will use the Site in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Persona Table’s total liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed $100 USD.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Persona Table and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of another party.

We may update the Site or these Terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
10) Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
